Fluefold

Service scope / Dallas–Fort Worth

One exhaust path.
A complete scope to agree.

FanDuctworkHood
Illustrative section, not a surveyed system

Ductwork carries grease-laden air from the hood to the fan. A canopy photo does not establish duct and fan coverage.

Inspection history and cleaning history are separate records. A missing report does not establish that a system is clean. We review the applicable local requirements and any site-specific notice before deriving service obligations, rather than applying a blanket DFW cleaning interval.

What we develop with providers

Hood, ductwork and fan
Identify connected equipment, shared fans and accessible areas. Dimensions can follow; known equipment remains in scope even when its size is unknown.
Areas that cannot be reached
Ask providers to identify access limits, proposed handling and exclusions before terms are accepted.
Records you can use
Propose dated service reports, before/after photos by component and location, deficiencies and a clear report destination. A hood photo alone is not a whole-system record.
Workable shutdown
Keep mandatory reopen times separate from preferred nights. Confirm calendar-day meaning for cross-midnight windows, roof authorization, duration and cleanup.
Comparable commercial terms
Develop per-site and group scope, pricing, access surcharges, taxes, cancellation and billing basis on the same footing. Preserve incumbent and landlord work where requested.

Fluefold owns the scope and provider enquiries. You supply records or site permissions only you hold; we develop the remaining questions and nonbinding proposal by email.
