Dallas East: two hood systems, gas fryers and griddle, last cleaned 2026-08-18. Existing contract says every three calendar months, not a legal requirement. Mondays or Tuesdays 23:00–05:00, must reopen by 06:00. Fort Worth North: one hood, gas line, last cleaned 2026-09-02, contract every three calendar months. Tuesdays only 00:00–05:00. Keep both current cleaners until replacements and terms are agreed. Want dated service reports and before/after hood, duct and fan photos organized by site.
More than the visible canopy
Bring the whole exhaust path into the proposal.
Ductwork carries grease-laden air from the hood to the fan. A canopy photo does not establish duct and fan coverage.
Inspection history and cleaning history are separate records. A missing report does not establish that a system is clean. We review the applicable local requirements and any site-specific notice before deriving service obligations, rather than applying a blanket DFW cleaning interval.
What a comparable scope includesFrom roster to service terms
- Interpret the group. Prioritize notices, incomplete records and upcoming service without losing site restrictions.
- Develop the options. Fluefold reconciles scope, access and documentation with suitable providers.
- Agree the work. Compare nonbinding terms before committing to scope, timing and price.
