# Fluefold: whole-system service scope

Ductwork carries grease-laden air from the hood to the fan. A canopy photo does not establish duct and fan coverage. Inspection and cleaning history are separate records; missing evidence does not establish clean condition. We review current local requirements and the actual site notice, not a blanket DFW frequency.

## Scope to develop
- Hood, ductwork and fan connectivity, including shared fans. Unknown size is not absent equipment.
- Accessible areas, access limits, exclusions and proposed handling.
- Dated reports, before/after photographs by component and site, deficiencies and report destination.
- Shutdown windows, calendar-day meaning of overnight shifts, reopening limits, roof authorization, duration and cleanup.
- Per-site and group pricing, surcharges, taxes, cancellation and billing basis.

Preserve existing cleaners and landlord work where requested. Fluefold owns provider enquiries and develops nonbinding terms; the operator provides records and site permissions only they hold. No visits are booked by a request.
