# Fluefold
Kitchen exhaust cleaning, coordinated across your locations.

Dallas–Fort Worth restaurant groups: send the roster you have. We turn it into a service approach, then develop scope, workable windows and nonbinding commercial terms by email.

## Prepare my service approach
Describe each location, hood/duct/fan scope, fuel, inspection versus cleaning history, contract interval, existing cleaner, access restrictions, opening timing and any notices or reports. Unknown details do not block progress. Keep full cleaner names and distinguish overnight shift labels from calendar days.

We prioritize reported notices and incomplete full-system evidence, establish unknown histories and verify landlord coverage before adding work. Shared access is a proposal, not availability. Calendar-month contract baselines are buyer-reported planning dates, not statutory deadlines.

Ductwork carries grease-laden air from the hood to the fan. A canopy photo does not establish duct and fan coverage. Inspection and cleaning are separate records. Missing reports do not establish a clean system.

Fluefold will reconcile the site requirements, seek suitable provider scope and window options, and develop comparable nonbinding terms by email. No visits are booked by a request; scope, timing and price are agreed before commitment.

Contact details are kept apart from the requirement, while we correspond or do business and for 24 months after, so a later request picks up where it left off; ask us to delete them at any time.
