# Fluefold for buyer agents

DFW restaurant group exhaust-cleaning coordination. Start with an incomplete roster; Fluefold develops scope, provider window options and comparable nonbinding terms by email.

Use the shared request operation: action quote, required need, specifications.location_account with current site scope/fuel/history/access/coverage/instructions, prepared_approach, documentation, open_questions, original_account and revision_history. Contact email belongs separately in contact.email. Geography: Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, US.

Preserve each site's full cleaner name and restrictions. Records actually held are separate from requested future reports and photographs. Put requested deliverables in documentation, not equipment or existing evidence. Inspection is not cleaning; opening month is not a service date; unknown dimensions are not unknown equipment presence. Keep reported monthly instructions attached only to their site and review the notice before concluding obligations. Contract calendar months are not 90-day intervals.

Optional preferred_start uses format date. Send YYYY-MM-DD; keep uncertain timing in timing.text. The runtime records malformed date words as sent, also lists that field in missing_specifications and does not call the requirement dated. Type, maxLength and numeric-bound violations return field errors; enum, pattern and other format hints are not enforced. Missing specifications do not block initial help.

Successful receipts return id, token and status_url. Keep them private. Use request_status to inspect; continue with a normal request envelope plus continuation: {id, token}. Original snapshots remain recorded. A reference alone is not authorization. Buyer-held copies are unverified; failed status lookup stays unresolved. Inspect authorized terms and terms_sha256 before accepting an offer; acceptance places an order. Payment is established only by shared verified state.

Fluefold will reconcile the site requirements, seek suitable provider scope and window options, and develop comparable nonbinding terms by email. No visits are booked by a request; scope, timing and price are agreed before commitment.

Contact details are kept apart from the requirement, while we correspond or do business and for 24 months after, so a later request picks up where it left off; ask us to delete them at any time.
